Hello!
Firstly thank you so much for taking the time to look at our website and explore Pitch Boutique. If you’re taking the time to look at this page then clearly you want to know more about the people behind the bells.
So Pitch Boutique is run by a small and mighty team of two including myself, Katie, and my partner Jack. We do from time to time call in the hands of our loved ones for our bigger events, or my sister for techy advice.
I tend to run the admin side of the business, talking to all our lovely clients, managing our diaries and chatting away on Instagram. Jack will spend most of his weekends during the summer driving bell tents around Essex for lots of lovely events.
A little bit of background about us…
I’ve been in the events industry for over 9 years and collectively organised and run over 500 events…. I’ve been busy! My background includes experience in weddings, private events, festivals, corporate events, hen & stag weekend, mobile bars, retreats …. you name it I’ve planned it.
How it all started …
Pitch Boutique was born from our love of planning alternative events. In 2018 I planned my sisters hen weekend, now rather than choosing a venue who would have certain restrictions we chose to host it on my familys farm. A weekend of luxury glamping, garden games, flower crowns, glitter and cocktails. At the end of it all I just wanted to run it all over again, and thus Pitch Boutique was born out of love!
How we run …
As you know Pitch Boutique is a completely mobile business, we do not have a site, instead we work with venues or on private land to host. I do still have a full time job so I may not respond to emails within the hour, but Pitch Boutique is my full time passion.
Thank you so much for visiting our website, we hope you find everything you’re looking and please do send me a message!
Our Environmental Policy
We an outdoor events company so naturally we love the environment! We’ve adopted a strong ‘Leave No Trace’ policy and introduced several approaches within our company to protect the environment that we have the pleasure of working in.
Stay Hydrated: We provide all of our overnight guests with aluminum water bottles that they can refill throughout their glamping experience. Reducing the need for guests to bring bottles and bottle of plastic they can keep their aluminum water bottle refill throughout their stay, reducing waste and drinking clean, cold English water!
Re-use, repair and repurpose: We lovely re-use, repair and repurpose many elements within our hire services. We repurpose pallets into beautiful tables and low level seating areas and clothes rails. We repair any damages to linens and soft furnishes to improve their usage and we’re a hire company, so nothing we offer is single use and everything we re-use!
#waronplastic: Our efforts in the war on plastic include the removal of all single use plastic water bottles and plastic bags of popcorn and other treats.
Keep it tidy: We welcome our guests help in keeping our area clean and tidy with our Leave No Trace policy. All rubbish and recycling are separated and disposed of accordingly when our bell tents are taken down.
Should you have any questions about our environmental policy we’d love to hear it, please get in touch!
